Discovered double checkmate

At chess club last night, one of our members showed off a recent game they played that has a stunning discovered attack and double checkmate. Read on.

White, played by our club member, sacrificed their knight with 14. Nxf7 — attacking Black’s Queen and Rook — and Black’s eagerness to take the knight and walk into the F file with 14. … Kxf7 led to White’s decisive win.
