McMinnville Chess Club at Evergreen Museum Back to School Faire
To help start the academic year, the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum has invited McMinnville Chess Club and others to the Back to School Faire, an open house event featuring several active educational organizations in Yamhill County.
For attendees, this is a free and accessible way to see the latest educational offerings in the community and share knowledge and connections along the way as we embark on a new future.
McMinnville Chess Club will be there from 11am-2pm, and we welcome you to meet members of the club, learn about our McMinnville Chess Library and other club resources, sign up for this year’s before- and after-school chess activities at McMinnville High School, Duniway Middle School, and Memorial Elementary School, and make some new chess-playing friends.
RSVP for the Back to School Faire, and we’ll see you there! Please note we meet twice a week, including every Saturday, and we’ll have our regular club meeting on the same day at Harvest Fresh from 2-4pm. We welcome you to join us there, as well.
